We have been adding new dishes to our menu. Tomato soup made it into our menu. There are a lot of different recipes for Tomato soup, but this one reminds me of the wintertime I spent at Uludağ in Bursa, so I wanted to experience the same taste again and share it with you.

Also, Açma has gotten sweeter. There will be Açma’s with raisins as well. Those with a sweet tooth might like these buns a lot with morning coffee.

We have started to serve Katmer, a dessert made with thin phyllo pastry with kaymak (sort of whipped cream), sugar, and pistachios. This crunchy dessert will melt in your mouth. We are not sure if it is going to be on the menu. The decision is yours.
